Job Description

Under the supervision of the community manager and maintenance supervisor, the porter position is responsible for the following duties: Deep cleaning of unit turns after residents move out Cleaning of the clubhouse, fitness center, sports lounge, and other community amenities Cleaning of residential halls & stairwells Removal of debris/trash from parking lot and grounds Emptying of dog waste stations Ensuring trash areas are clean and debris free The position will be responsible for performing custodial work including but not limited to: Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming Dusting Sanitizing Emptying trash Cleaning windows Bending Lifting 50 lbs+ Standing for long periods of time
