The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Handle commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with various cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is an asset. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
