Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain floor care through buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to ensure a professional appearance Assist with industrial cleaning projects and facilities maintenance tasks as needed Support residential painting projects and light maintenance duties to enhance facility appearance Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and maintenance requests Skills Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning and janitorial services Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance needs Embark on a rewarding career where your skills keep environments pristine and inviting!
