Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques. Maintain cleanliness in commercial, industrial, and residential settings by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Handle custodial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch areas to ensure health standards are met Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team members Support specialized cleaning projects like industrial cleaning or detailed residential painting preparations when needed Keep detailed logs of completed tasks and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates Experience with facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in all tasks Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Join us as a Cleaning Crew Member where your dedication ensures our spaces are pristine!
