Janitorial Supervisor / Facilities Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor / Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning operations across various facilities. In this role, you will oversee daily janitorial activities, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and supervise a team of cleaning staff. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple facilities, including offices, hospitality venues, or commercial spaces Train and mentor janitorial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and safety standards Assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet cleanliness objectives efficiently Conduct quality inspections to verify that cleaning meets company standards and regulatory requirements Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Enforce health and safety policies related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Collaborate with management to develop cleaning procedures that improve productivity and service quality Skills Proven experience in janitorial services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning environments Supervising or leadership experience in a facilities or hospitality setting Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, laundry services, and housekeeper management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control inspections Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting environments!
