We're hiring a Parking Lot Clean-Up Crew Member to help maintain shopping centers and outdoor spaces in New Castle, DE. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day. What You'll Do Clean and maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and common outdoor areas daily Use blower equipment to remove debris before sweeping Pick up trash including litter, leaves, and cigarette butts Empty trash cans and replace liners Maintain cleanliness of receptacles and surrounding areas Log completed work and report any property issues (damages, hazards, etc.) Identify and report safety concerns such as broken fixtures or illegal dumping What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work Basic communication skills (English required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Schedule Full-time Monday
