Job Overview A New Tomorrow Cleaning is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to join our growing team. We provide a consistent schedule, guaranteed hours, and a structured work environment —no guessing your hours week to week. This is a team-based, fast-paced position for individuals who take pride in their work and show up consistently . Service Area We service homes throughout Delaware, traveling between Milford and Newark, DE . Applicants must be comfortable traveling within this range daily as part of a team( Please note we only visit neighboring cities each day) Smyrna/Clayton Day, Magnolia/Camden Wyoming Day, etc,.

Schedule Day shift:

8:00 AM - approximately 5:30 PM (end time may vary slightly) Monday-Friday (some weekends as needed) Consistent, predictable schedule Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services using company systems and checklists Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain overall cleanliness of homes Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Work efficiently as part of a team to complete homes on schedule Communicate with team members and leadership throughout the day Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Assist with laundry tasks (rags, mop heads, etc.) as needed Maintain organization of supplies and equipment Qualifications Strong attendance and reliability (required) Ability to work on your feet and move quickly throughout the day Attention to detail and ability to follow systems Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting) Must have reliable transportation Please Do Not Apply If You have frequent call-outs or attendance issues You are not comfortable traveling between Milford and Newark You struggle with working at a fast pace You prefer inconsistent or flexible schedules

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
