Job Description

The Trash Porters LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Trash Porter (Laborer). This is a physically demanding position that requires someone who is not afraid of hard work, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in helping keep communities clean and beautiful.
Position Details Starting Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Location:
Wilmington, DE and surrounding areas Responsibilities Junk removal and cleanouts Loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and debris Moving and hauling materials safely Residential and commercial waste collection Property cleanups and litter control Donation pickups and deliveries Maintaining company vehicles and equipment Providing excellent customer service Requirements Valid driver's license (Required) Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in various weather conditions Experience in moving, hauling, junk removal, or general labor preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in waste management, junk removal, moving services, landscaping, construction, or related labor fields Ability to drive trucks and trailers is a plus We Will Train the Right Candidate Waste management experience is a plus, but not required.
