Astatula, Florida Job Duties:

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas in office and manufacturing facilities; offices, restrooms, common spaces, and other designated areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, repairing minor damages, and ensuring that facilities are in proper working condition. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items to ensure that facilities are well-stocked and prepared for use. Manage waste disposal processes, including emptying trash cans, recycling materials, and ensuring compliance with waste management regulations. Recognize any issues pertaining to compliance with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and organizational policies and procedures. Interact with team members and visitors, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed. Specialized cleaning duties such as floor waxing, carpet cleaning, or cleaning sensitive equipment, as needed. Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, supply inventory, maintenance tasks, and other relevant documentation. Occasional minimal location landscaping to be performed including clearing snow. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment:

Office and manufacturing facility environments. Day work hours.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds and to frequent bending, lifting and standing for long periods Standing / Walking / Climbing.

Experience & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or facilities roles Attention to detail Trustworthy Self-motivated and the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision Punctual, a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills Ability to travel locally is a plus Good driving record Basic cleaning equipment supplied
