Job Summary Starting Pay:

$15.00 per hour, plus weekly production, and performance-based incentive bonuses. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of office spaces, plant break rooms, restrooms, and all other non-manufacturing and non-maintenance areas throughout the facility. This position plays an important role in creating a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. The Janitor works under immediate supervision and follows specific directions, cleaning schedules, and safety procedures. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Mops floors, vacuums offices, and dusts and wipes down desks, counters, and other surfaces in the office and break rooms. Cleans and scrubs toilets in restrooms. Cleans and scrubs refrigerator, microwaves, and ice machine. Ensures adequate supply of toilet paper, soap and paper towels is available in restrooms. Reports any problems or issues with equipment in restrooms and/or break rooms. Maintains adequate inventory on cleaning supplies Performs other duties as required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping is preferred. Ability to work in a safe manner Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions Demonstrate ability to use tools and other equipment as required Ability to pay attention to surroundings Ability to identify safety issues in their work area, and notice equipment malfunctions Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English. Ability to work under immediate supervision Ability to pass a drug test Ability to work hours mandated by management Benefits Production bonuses based on individual performance and hard work.
