Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction/Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment Clean construction sites by removing debris, dust, and waste materials to promote safety and readiness for occupancy or further work Conduct floor care tasks such as polishing, buffing, stripping, and waxing to maintain pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed for residential or hotel clients Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in both residential and commercial settings Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on quality service Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining hygienic environments in homes or construction sites Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines effectively Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members alike Experience in hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that leave lasting impressions!
