Exterior Cleaning Technician Starting Pay:
$18.25 Per Hour SKYWRX Exterior Drone Washing is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This position involves exterior cleaning, pressure washing, equipment handling, and working outdoors in Florida conditions.
Requirements Applicants must:
Be 25 years of age or older Possess a valid driver's license Have a clean driving record Have good vision (with corrective lenses if needed) Have good hearing Be able to lift and carry 80+ pounds Be capable of working in hot, humid outdoor environments Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods Be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Job Duties Pressure washing residential and commercial properties Operating cleaning equipment and tools Loading and unloading equipment and supplies Maintaining a clean and professional job site Following all company safety procedures Assisting with drone washing operations when required Interacting professionally with customers Work Environment This position requires working outdoors year-round in Florida weather conditions, including: Heat Humidity Direct sunlight Rain and changing weather conditions
Compensation Starting Wage:
$18.25 Per Hour Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation are available based on performance, reliability, and experience.
