Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to achieve optimal results. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and applying protective treatments to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas like door handles and light switches. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Manage janitorial supplies efficiently and report any maintenance or cleaning equipment issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures. Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
