Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance upon arrival Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles using manual transmission or automatic transmission as required Assist with vehicle cleaning, light maintenance, and detailing tasks to ensure vehicles are presentable for customers Manage parking lot operations, including directing traffic and ensuring proper parking procedures at parking areas Support dealership staff with delivery and pickup of vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate service Handle cashiering duties such as processing payments, cash handling, and maintaining accurate retail math records Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address customer inquiries Skills Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles Ability to operate vehicles safely in a dealership or retail setting, including parking areas Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Prior dealership or delivery driver experience is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in vehicle care and customer interactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service!
