Job Description

  • Precision Maintenance Solutions is seeking an experienced, dependable Soft Wash / Pressure Wash Technician to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values integrity, and is committed to delivering exceptional service every day.   • Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading and managing soft wash and pressure washing projects.
  • Comfortable communicating with homeowners and explaining our services in a professional, friendly manner. Pay
  • Based on experience, knowledge, and leadership ability. Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial soft washing, pressure washing, and roof washing.
  • Safely mix and apply cleaning chemicals using proper procedures.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pressure washing and soft wash equipment.
  • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
  • Lead jobs independently while working well with the rest of the team. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience with soft washing, pressure washing, roof washing, and exterior cleaning.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper application.
  • Ability to maintain and perform routine service on equipment.
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work. Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (Required).
  • Ability to safely lift equipment and work outdoors in Florida weather.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and around pressure washing equipment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
