Full Job Description Overview:

Tsavers Cleaning Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Subcontractor Cleaners to join our team. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across residential, commercial, Airbnb, and post-construction properties. Professionalism, reliability, and consistency are key.

Note:

All subcontractors must provide proof of active general liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance/COI) and are required to submit before and after photos for every job.

Responsibilities:

Clean assigned properties including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces Clean and disinfect high-touch points and equipment Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately Restock paper goods and cleaning supplies as needed Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns Take clear before and after photos of all cleaned areas and submit them promptly Follow Tsavers Cleaning Services' checklist and safety protocols Maintain professional communication with team leads and clients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Physically able to perform all cleaning duties (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, etc.) Must have reliable transportation Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise arranged Comfortable with using a phone to take and submit photos
