SUMMARY The Janitorial Custodian is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment throughout the company's facilities. This role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks to uphold the company's standards of cleanliness and professionalism. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, conference room, break areas, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and carpets
- Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas
- Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Clean windows, glass doors, and interior glass partitions
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored

The majority of customer contact will be via telephone or electronically. The employee is expected to consistently maintain professional behavior and demeanor when in discussion with clients or any other party.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
- From time-to-time there may be onsite and /or online training or education requirements.
When there is a future requirement, the employee will be given sufficient notice to comply.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and filing cabinets.
