Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and minor repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
• Assist in setting up and tearing down equipment for events or meetings
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to all occupants

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in report writing and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's license required
• Three years of clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to handle conflicts and demanding situations professionally

Skills:

• Strong facilities maintenance background
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Capacity to maintain a clean and organized work environment
