Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction, floor buffing, and industrial cleaning procedures to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Assist with custodial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety Support facilities maintenance activities when needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management Follow safety protocols during all cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning techniques Familiarity with floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Strong custodial or custodial-related experience in industrial or facilities maintenance settings Ability to operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, extractors, and other tools efficiently Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us today to be part of a dedicated team committed to creating clean, safe spaces!
