We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented technicians to service residential properties across the Greater Jacksonville area. This role includes interior window cleaning and a range of exterior services, requiring professionalism, efficiency, and pride in workmanship.
Services You'll Perform:
Interior window cleaning (squeegee method) Exterior window cleaning (water-fed pole systems) Pressure washing (driveways, siding, etc.) Wasp control / basic pest removal Blow drying and finishing exterior surfaces
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, streak-free results on every job Safely operate ladders and cleaning equipment Maintain tools and ensure job sites are left clean Communicate professionally with homeowners Represent the company with reliability and integrity
Requirements:
Must own a truck (required for equipment transport) Valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Ability to handle physical labor and ladder work Strong attention to detail Punctual, disciplined, and dependable
Appearance & Presentation:
We maintain a clean, professional standard when servicing homes. Team members are expected to wear: Clean, fitted shirts (company-branded preferred) Durable work pants or appropriate-length shorts Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes
