Job Description
SupraClean is hiring a Luxury Vacation Rental Cleaner to help maintain some of Fort Lauderdale's highest-rated short-term rental homes. This is more than a cleaning job—it's a hospitality role. Every turnover is an opportunity to create an exceptional first impression for our guests. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and enjoys delivering five-star quality every time. Our cleaners are trusted to prepare homes to hotel-level standards while following detailed cleaning, inspection, and photo verification procedures. Responsibilities Perform detailed turnover cleanings between guest stays. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas to luxury standards. Make beds using company standards and properly stage each room. Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels. Restock guest amenities and notify management when supplies are running low. Complete detailed inspections after every cleaning. Upload required photos through our inspection app (Breezeway) to verify property condition. Report damages, maintenance concerns, missing inventory, or anything out of the ordinary immediately. Ensure the property is fully guest-ready before every arrival. Occasionally assist with outdoor areas, patio furniture, grills, pool areas, and exterior presentation. Follow all company cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures. Arrive on time and complete turnovers within scheduled timeframes while maintaining exceptional quality. Qualifications Previous experience cleaning vacation rentals, hotels, residential homes, or commercial properties is preferred. Reliable transportation is required. Smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, honest, and professional. Comfortable using mobile apps to complete inspections and upload photos. Available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the operations team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental turnovers. Experience using Breezeway or similar property management software. Basic maintenance or handyman experience. Experience staging homes or preparing luxury properties. Why Join SupraClean?
