- We are seeking a hardworking and reliable
- Roof Cleaner
- to join our team. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working at heights, as you will be required to walk on single and two-story roofs while using ladders for access. As a Roof Cleaner, you will be responsible for safely and effectively cleaning roofs using professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, algae, and other buildup. ###
Responsibilities:
- Safely access and walk on single and two-story roofs using a ladder.
- Apply cleaning solutions and use soft washing or pressure washing techniques to clean roofs.
- Follow proper safety protocols to prevent damage to roof materials and ensure personal safety.
- Set up and operate equipment, including hoses, pumps, and safety harnesses.
- Inspect roofs for any potential issues and report concerns to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is properly stored after each job.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude while on-site. ###
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working at heights and walking on sloped surfaces.
- Ability to safely use ladders and follow safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions (you will not be working in rain if there is thunder/lightning. Very occasionally will you be working in a light mist. After all, we do live in Florida.
- Experience in roof or exterior cleaning is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
