Full Job Description Profile:

We are seeking a skilled Janitorial/Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
• Fabricate, weld, and perform other manual tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff members.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents.
• Strong electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Experience with logic controllers for equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with residential painting techniques.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am
