Duties Operate commercial-grade pressure washers to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, machinery, and other surfaces with precision and care. Inspect surfaces prior to cleaning to determine the appropriate pressure settings and cleaning solutions needed for optimal results. Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, safety barriers, and protective gear to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow strict safety procedures to prevent injuries or property damage during high-pressure cleaning tasks. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to keep tools in excellent working condition. Communicate clearly with clients regarding project scope, progress, and any additional services needed. Complete detailed service reports documenting work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the job. Experience Previous experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided. Strong understanding of safety standards related to high-pressure water systems and chemical handling. Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety instructions, and technical manuals with clarity. Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to handle extended periods of standing, lifting heavy equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of surface materials and appropriate cleaning techniques is a plus. A proactive attitude with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
