Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate techniques such as buffing and floor care procedures Maintain cleanliness of commercial and residential spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas Execute custodial duties including trash removal, window washing, and light maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are well-kept Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including buffers, floor scrubbers, and industrial cleaning tools Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed or safety hazards to management promptly Assist with specialized cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep sanitation efforts when required Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for all staff and visitors Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day Basic understanding of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness across diverse environments!
