Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Handle janitorial tasks like trash removal, dusting, window washing, and sanitation to uphold hygiene standards Assist with custodial duties related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly Use specialized equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning tasks to ensure optimal results Maintain cleanliness logs and communicate effectively with team members about completed tasks and ongoing needs Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and detailed cleaning procedures Familiarity with residential painting or general maintenance tasks is a plus Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, or industrial vacuums safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cleaning assignments Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks over extended periods Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that leave a lasting positive impression!
