Duties Clean interior and exterior windows of various commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to reach high or difficult areas Remove dirt, grime, smudges, and other residues to achieve spotless glass surfaces Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with cleaning chemicals Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain overall cleanliness of work sites Prepare and organize cleaning supplies, ensuring all equipment is maintained in good condition Conduct inspections to ensure windows meet quality standards and report any damages or issues Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and safety procedures is highly advantageous Experience operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on thoroughness and precision Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures for safety compliance Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding cleanliness and visual clarity!
