Part Time Cleaner— Lakeview Gardens Lake Wales, FL Job Summary Lakeview Gardens is a growing boutique hospitality brand focused on delivering clean, consistent, hotel-quality stays across multiple short-term rental units. We are hiring a Part Time Cleaner to help with cleaning operations and help us scale. This is a part-time role with variable daily hours based on bookings , currently averaging -24-30 hours per week . Near full-time hours during busy periods. This is not a casual or occasional position — we are looking for someone who wants a stable role with growth opportunity as we expand. Job Description As Part Time Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across all units while helping support and grow the cleaning team. You will work within a structured system that includes: Scheduled turnovers Cleaning checklists Photo verification Clear standards for how each unit should look Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Turnovers Clean and reset units between guest stays Ensure every unit meets Lakeview Gardens standards Follow checklist and photo documentation requirements Property Care (As Needed) Light outdoor tidying (entry areas, patios, pool area if needed) Report any damage, low supplies, or issues Expected Cleaning Times & Pay Structure Smaller units typically take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete Larger units take additional time depending on size and condition Pay is adjusted based on unit size: Smaller units are paid at the standard per-unit rate Larger units and full homes are paid at higher rates Efficient, high-quality cleaners perform best in this structure Compensation Paid per unit based on level ( Part Time Cleaner starts at $18 per unit ) Larger units and homes pay higher rates Additional work outside of unit cleaning is paid hourly at your current rate Typical equivalent earnings: $18-$30/hour based on performance All hourly work must be assigned or approved by management Schedule Full-time role with variable daily workload Typical weekly range: 24-30 hours Most days: 3-6+ hours Hours vary based on bookings and will become more consistent as we expand.
