Empire FL Professional Cleaning is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Evening School Cleaner to join our team in Lakeland. Please note that this position is scheduled to begin in August. Schedule:

Days:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday (Fridays and Sundays off).

Hours:

Evening Shift, 5 hours per day.

Compensation & Benefits:

Training Pay:

$14.00 per hour (Paid Training).

Regular Pay:

$16.00 per hour (Immediately after the training period is completed).

Fast Pay:

Weekly payments.

Paid Holidays:

You will receive paid time off for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (December 25th), and New Year's Day (January 1st).

Job Description & Daily Responsibilities:

As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility is spotless and ready for the next school day.

Your daily tasks will include:

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in classrooms, hallways, and common areas. Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms. Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners. Wiping down and disinfecting desks, tables, and high-touch surfaces. Organizing cleaning carts and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Ensuring all doors are locked and the building is secure at the end of the shift.

Requirements:

Language:

Must speak Spanish (Spanish is required for this position).

Experience:

Previous commercial or school cleaning experience is a plus, but we will provide full training.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation to the 33809 ZIP code area.

Physical Ability:

Ability to stand, bend, and walk for the duration of the 5-hour shift and lift up to 25-30 lbs if necessary. Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently. How to
