7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (preferred) or 8:00 AM - 5:00

On-site Overview This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace for employees and visitors. The position focuses on routine cleaning tasks across office and common areas. What You'll Do Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.) Wipe down desks, tables, and furniture Clean lobby and common areas Empty trash and maintain waste bins Perform general cleaning of indoor and select outdoor areas Wax and maintain floors once per month Work Environment & Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally Repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Basic Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred Ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain consistency Comfortable working independently and completing assigned tasks Reliable attendance for a 2-day weekly schedule Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
