Common Area Custodian

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented full-time Common Area Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of common area buildings and shared spaces throughout the community. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining high cleanliness standards across multiple community facilities. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all common area buildings and shared community spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Clean restrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, fitness areas, and other shared facilities Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed Monitor buildings for maintenance or safety concerns and report issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of entrances, walkways, and outdoor common areas as assigned Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Assist with room setup and cleanup for community events when needed Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule •

Valid Florida Driver's License Required Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
