Window Cleaning Technician — Clearview Cleaning FL Lithia, FL | Independent Contractor (1099) About Us Clearview Cleaning FL is a growing residential window cleaning company serving Tampa, Brandon, Lithia, Riverview, and the surrounding Bradenton/Sarasota area. We're known for reliable, high-quality work and strong customer relationships, backed by excellent reviews from our local client base. About the Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented technician to handle window cleaning jobs for our residential customers. You'll work independently in the field, using a water-fed pole system to deliver streak-free, professional results on every job. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage their own schedule, and wants the flexibility of contract work with consistent job flow. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior window cleaning at residential properties using provided water-fed pole equipment Follow job assignments and routes provided each day Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail on every job Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site Inspect and report any issues found at job sites (damaged screens, hard water etching, etc.) Keep equipment clean and in good working condition Take before/after photos for quality records and marketing Identify and communicate upsell opportunities (e.g., gutter brightening, hard water treatment) Requirements Reliable transportation to and from job sites Comfortable working using extension poles (no ladder work required for most jobs) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly demeanor Prior cleaning, landscaping, or service-industry experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Compensation & Schedule 1099 independent contractor position
