As a Custodian, you play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, welcoming, and ready to serve individuals on their journey to recovery. About the Role In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of custodial duties under general supervision, helping maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment across center facilities. Your work directly supports the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients and staff. This position includes potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required as needed.What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of custodial experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, equipment cleaning)
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities across assigned buildings
- Monitor and restock janitorial supplies
- Properly dispose of waste and support facility upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols and CARF standards
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
- Identify and report maintenance needs proactively
