Pressure Washing Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team and eventually transition into the lead tech role. Tardiness will not be tolerated. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for various surfaces, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We are looking for a junior tech to eventually become a lead tech.

Compensation:

Hourly pay + Paid bonuses (Quality, and reviews) + Tips from homeowners Duties Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, roofs and building exteriors. Assess the condition of surfaces before cleaning and determine the appropriate pressure settings and cleaning solutions. Prepare areas for cleaning by removing obstacles and protecting surrounding plants or structures from damage. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Document work performed and report any issues or additional services needed to management. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites. Experience Previous experience in pressure washing or related fields is required. Familiarity with various cleaning agents and their appropriate applications is a plus. Strong attention to detail, initiative and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. A valid driver's license and a reliable travel source is required.
