Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Services is a respected cleaning company serving the Tampa Bay and Jacksonville MSAs — trusted by commercial and residential clients who demand professionalism and consistency. We've built strong relationships with luxury property management teams across the region, and we hold every job to the standard those relationships require. We're now expanding into multifamily turnover cleaning with an active client pipeline already in place — which means real, reliable work from day one.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work alongside the team lead to clean vacant apartment units between tenants — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and more
- Follow JAPOSID's move-in-ready cleaning standard on every unit, every time — no shortcuts
- Keep pace with daily turn schedules without cutting corners on quality
- Represent JAPOSID professionally at luxury apartment communities — your behavior on-site reflects the brand
- Assist with quality checks and photo documentation before unit sign-off
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in residential, apartment, or hotel cleaning — at least 1 year preferred
- Reliable transportation to reach job sites across the Tampa Bay area independently
- Strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail — quality is non-negotiable on our sites
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a small, fast-moving crew under a daily production schedule
- Dependable — we need people who show up, on time, ready to work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior apartment turn or make-ready cleaning experience — a significant plus
- Familiarity with property management cleaning standards and expectations
- Comfortable working in vacant units with a production mindset (multiple units completed per day)
