Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial spaces, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Clean carpets using specialized equipment such as carpet extractors or steam cleaners to remove stains and dirt Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Follow established safety procedures and environmental guidelines during all cleaning tasks Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces for optimal clarity and appearance Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred; familiarity with environmental services is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout shifts Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and well-being!
