This pivotal role involves managing cleaning operations, supervising teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple residential properties. Compensation $20.00 to $23.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Performance Bonuses Duties Oversee daily janitorial operations across designated luxury condominium sites, ensuring all cleaning standards are met or exceeded. Supervise and motivate cleaning teams, providing training and guidance to maintain high-quality service delivery. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, residents, and clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed. Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in janitorial, custodial, or hospitality services within luxury residential or commercial settings. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including commercial cleaning, laundry services, and housekeeping management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience in hotel or hospitality industries is highly desirable due to the focus on high-end service standards. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and vendors. Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to cleaning operations.
