The Impact You'll Make As our Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our cleaning team's success. You won't just oversee tasks—you'll inspire your team to take pride in their work, ensure every space meets our high standards, and help create an environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on everyone who walks through the door. What You'll Do Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff of up to 50 people across multiple accounts to consistently deliver top-quality results. Plan and allocate daily cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are covered efficiently and within budget. Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards using the company designated software, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring proper documentation of the issues. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance and train staff on health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaise with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to address special requests or resolve concerns. Support hands-on cleaning tasks during peak times or staff shortages. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role, preferably with a previous contract services cleaning organization. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Good organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new software programs. High level exposure to hourly budgets and how to manage them.
