Full Job Description Company:
Sweepy Clean Job Summary Sweepy Clean is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintains a positive attitude, and provides outstanding customer service. Experience is preferred Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial properties according to company standards. Dust furniture, baseboards, shelves, and other surfaces. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture. Sweep and mop hard floors. Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures. Empty trash and replace liners. Make beds and straighten living spaces when requested. Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors (interior). Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment. Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures. Report maintenance issues or property damage to management. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance. Provide courteous and respectful customer service to clients. Secure clients' homes or businesses before leaving. Qualifications Previous cleaning experience Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail. Dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
