Must be service oriented. Picks up debris from the parking garage and common areas and possess basic cleaning skills. Must have the ability to work as a team member. Must be accessible to and approachable with residents/guests. Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.
General maintenance personnel must clean the main common areas of the building once a day, back hallways once a day, retrieving all garbage and emptying all trash receptacles. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
