Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Overnight Janitorial Manager to oversee nightly cleaning operations and ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The Overnight Manager will supervise janitorial staff, conduct inspections, coordinate schedules, maintain supply inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support overnight janitorial staff across assigned locations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company and client standards
- Conduct nightly inspections and quality control checks
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage
- Manage employee attendance, performance, and shift coverage
- Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with operations management regarding staffing, supplies, and client needs
- Monitor proper use and maintenance of janitorial equipmentAssist with cleaning duties when necessary Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial management experience preferred
- Experience supervising teams in commercial cleaning environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends if needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Benefits
