Residential Cleaner NAAA Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Attention to detail Bed linen changing Laundry washing Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. This position services multiple residential properties and is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping homes clean, organized, and well-maintained. $20.00 per hour 5 days per week (Monday-Saturday schedule; one weekday off) 8-hour shifts Duties Clean 2 properties per day Approximately 4 hours per property Properties are within 15 minutes of each other Dust all surfaces, furniture, baseboards, and blinds Dust all surfaces, furniture, baseboards, and blinds Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, stovetops, microwaves, and appliance exteriors Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, vanities, and fixtures Empty trash and replace liners Make beds and straighten rooms as needed Clean interior windows and mirrors Wipe doors, light switches, and other high-touch surfaces Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry Change and wash bed linens and towels Restock household and cleaning supplies Stock groceries and organize pantry and refrigerator as needed Ensure household essentials remain organized and notify management when supplies are running low Report maintenance issues or damages Ensure each property meets company cleanliness standards before leavingVacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, stovetops, microwaves, and appliance exteriors Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, vanities, and fixtures Empty trash and replace liners Make beds and straighten rooms as needed Clean interior windows and mirrors Wipe doors, light switches, and other high-touch surfaces Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry Change and wash bed linens and towels Restock household and cleaning supplies Stock groceries and organize pantry and refrigerator as needed Ensure household essentials remain organized and notify management when supplies are running low Report maintenance issues or damages Ensure each property meets company cleanliness standards before leaving
