Morning cleaner

As a Morning Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks early in the day to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across various areas. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting all designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common spaces with attention to detail. Handle trash removal and recycling processes efficiently to uphold sanitation standards. Use commercial cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to ensure floors are pristine and well-maintained. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing or minor repairs when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or light painting is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently during early morning hours. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively. Excellent time management skills and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
