Job Duties:
Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings Deep clean apartments after move-out Prep units prior to turn (i.e. trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring) Complete other tasks assigned
Requirements:
Must be responsible and able to work independently Must be open to receiving feedback and being held accountable Committed to producing consistent, quality work Customer service focused The ideal candidate for this position should have attention to detail, take pride in their performance, work with a sense of urgency, and enjoy spending 3-6 hours per day outdoors.
