Job Description

Looking for extra income this summer? We've got you covered. We currently have a position open at a mid-sized condominium complex on Navarre Beach from Memorial Day-Labor Day. This evening position requires light common area cleaning and basic property monitoring.

Association Manager, Maintenance Supervisor Status:
Seasonal, Part-Time, Non-Exempt Please note: Hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5pm-9pm. Memorial Day-Labor Day.
Duties:
Maintain common areas to ensure cleanliness and a safe environment for employees and owners/guests on-site. Wipe railings Mop spills from walkways, stairwell, and pool deck (if applicable) Mop elevator floors, dry mop for moisture and residue Pick up loose trash from the grounds Sanitize bathrooms Frequently walk the property to monitor evening activity
Qualifications:
Knowledge of grounds upkeep to include keeping areas tidy, cleaning up and maintaining a safe environment. Positive communication skills to communicate with other staff, owners, vendors, etc. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent time management skills, and ability to stay on task and reach goals with little to no supervision. Minimum Education/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent
