Reliable Cleaning Technician (Flexible Schedule•1099 Position) We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Cleaning Technician to join our team! Position Details:

1099 independent contractor position

Pay:

Per job (not hourly)•rates based on property size and scope of work

Schedule:

Must have open availability between 9:30 AM•4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday Typical cleans range from 2.5-3 hours per property Must be available for last-minute or same-day cleanings when needed

What We're Looking For:

Some cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable transportation is required Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be dependable and punctual Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment

Responsibilities:

Perform short-term rental cleaning to a high standard Follow detailed cleaning checklists Report any damages or maintenance issues Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality expectations
