Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position must have recent and previous experience as a Janitor. In this position, you would clean and provide upkeep for spaces and buildings, maintain cleaning supplies, and operate cleaning equipment. Job Duties Clean and keep up various surfaces and materials within a building or space Sweeps and mop floors Vacuums and steam clean carpets Dusting Cleans and disinfects toilets and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels Inform the supervisor to maintain an appropriate stock at all times Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners Collects and removes trash from a building or space Notifies supervisor when major repairs, including structural issues or highly skilled tasks, are required Janitor Skills and Qualifications Cleaning and Maintenance experience Attention to Detail If you have previous experience in working in facilities such as schools, universities, apartment buildings, corporate offices, and hospitals give us a call.
