As a Cleaner, you'll handle premium deep cleaning to a clear standard — no organizing or folding; that's our stylists' work. This is a W-2 position (officially employed — we handle taxes and insurance), part-time to start at 20-30 hours per week, growing to full-time as we grow. What you'll do Deep-clean floors, surfaces, and baseboards to a premium standard Clean kitchens: sinks, stovetops, ovens, exterior of refrigerators Clean bathrooms: toilets, showers, mirrors, fixtures Dust all surfaces and clean interior windows Work from our checklist and maintain a calm, cared-for finish What we offer $24/hour to start, with raises at 6 months ($26) and 1 year ($28) Tip pool $100/month gas stipend Paid time off and sick days Company-provided uniform and all cleaning supplies On-the-job training and clear opportunities for advancement HomeEase Kept wellness program — $200/quarter toward spa, hair, and self-care Benefits begin after a 30-day introductory period What we're looking for Thoroughness, physical stamina, and reliability Basic English Valid driver's license, reliable car, and US work authorization Hotel or vacation-rental housekeeping experience is a plus An aesthetic eye is not required for this role Schedule & area: Part-time to start, weekdays.
