Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients to support their household routines. Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in top condition. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with energy and enthusiasm while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Basic knowledge of kitchen cleaning and light cooking is a plus but not mandatory. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
