Custodian / Maintenance Support

Position Overview Montessori Global is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian / Maintenance Support team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning school environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is proactive, and has a mix of cleaning, basic handyman, and outdoor maintenance skills. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Maintain interior landscaping and garden Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout campus Support basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, assembling furniture, etc.) Assist with general maintenance needs across the facility Maintain outdoor areas, including light landscaping and gardening Monitor supplies and notify administration when restocking is needed Qualifications Prior experience in custodial, maintenance, or similar work preferred Basic handyman skills (tools, minor repairs, troubleshooting) Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to support the school community Schedule Approximately 20-30 hours per week

Evenings and Weekends Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
